Week 1 of training.....DONE! I didn't get to log my first run since I downloaded the "free" app instead of the "1.99" app. But second day I trained 2.20 miles @ 13.33min/mile. Not bad in my opinion. But on the 3rd day, which was a Saturday, I had to peel myself off of my bed and away from the marathon of Lifetime movies. I didn't go out until 3:30pm and it was hot! I don't know if it seemed harder because it was hot or because my left shoe was hurting me...(my left shoe in which I named Letty), my panties were bothering me and my bra did not feel supportive...at all! I think is the part where all of my runner friends say, "It gets worse before it gets better."
